Plus W members group photo attended the Career Fair in FAST Islamabad
On April 25th, 2024, Plus W attended the Career Fair at FAST Islamabad 2024. The event was marked by active engagement with students showcasing their projects to company representatives. Over 200 students participated in the event, presenting their projects to around 60 companies seeking potential candidates. Notably, many projects centered around Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Plus W took the opportunity to conduct interviews, evaluating candidates not only on their technical skills but also on their proficiency in Japanese language and IT. The candidates impressed with their adeptness in explaining their projects.

Looking ahead, Plus W aims to expand its outreach to local universities across Pakistan, with the goal of identifying and nurturing top Pakistani talent and facilitating connections with Japanese organizations.
