On 30th December 2023, Plus W Inc. successfully concluded a comprehensive 10-week Backend Development course for Circle students that commenced from 28th October 2023. The course was designed to equip students with essential skills in backend development and was attended by approximately 45 motivated learners.

Thanks to the support of the Japanese government’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the course offered in-depth training on a variety of modern backend development tools and technologies. Students were introduced to the Django framework, enabling them to build robust web applications with ease. They also gained experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), allowing them to deploy applications in a professional environment.

Docker was another key focus, teaching students how to manage containers and streamline application deployment. The curriculum included Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery, and bash scripting for efficient automation of processes. Additionally, students had the opportunity to learn how to utilize the ChatGPT API, giving them a taste of advanced AI technologies.

Throughout the course, students were provided with hands-on projects and real-world scenarios to apply their newly acquired knowledge. By the end of the program, participants emerged with a strong foundation in backend development, ready to tackle future challenges and contribute to the technology industry.
