Plus W Supports the Development of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings ‘DX Academy’ Knowledge Pool Site

Leveraging Plus W’s Expertise in Digital Knowledge Building to Drive DX Advancement for Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group

Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Hironori Nishikawa, hereinafter referred to as "Tokyu Fudosan Holdings") has collaborated with Plus W Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Wakako Sakurai, hereinafter referred to as "Plus W") to develop and launch the 'DX Academy' knowledge pool site (hereinafter referred to as "the site") to enhance the training of "bridge persons," key figures in driving DX across the group. As digital technology rapidly transforms the business environment, Tokyu Fudosan Holdings is actively investing in the development of DX talent across its group. The site is designed to centralize and effectively utilize previously conducted training videos and other accumulated knowledge, making it more accessible to employees eager to learn about DX. By working with Plus W, the site has been developed to provide an easy-to-use platform that integrates training videos and corporate information, allowing users to quickly find and access essential materials. Previously, information was fragmented, making it difficult for employees to locate necessary resources. The new site addresses this challenge by offering a more structured and efficient learning environment. With this platform, all employees within the group can gain DX-related knowledge and skills, reinforcing the company’s commitment to cultivating DX talent.

Overview of the DX Academy Site

The DX Academy consists of two primary service categories:

1. Academy Page: a summary of internal training content and findings

The Academy Page initially offers 55 training and webinar videos. These contents are classified into five categories, with each video and document tagged with essential DX-related keywords such as "Data Utilization" and "Smart Cities." This system enables employees to independently find relevant content and engage in self-directed learning. Additionally, a ranking feature provides visibility into popular content, helping users discover new areas of learning.

2. DX Knowledge Page: Featuring recommended books, external video content, and partner companies involved in DX initiatives

The DX Knowledge Page introduces external resources through two main functions: “Company Introduction” and “Books.” The “Company Introduction” section highlights companies that have supported DX initiatives within the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group, while the "Books" section recommends literature and video content related to DX, ensuring continuous and structured learning.

Utilizing Experienced DX Partners

The site was developed with the support of Plus W, a company specializing in DX strategy development, talent recruitment, and staffing. With a strong track record in leading-edge DX projects for various industry leaders, Plus W has played a key role in designing and supporting the DX Academy’s hands-on training programs in collaboration with TFHD digital Inc., Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group’s DX subsidiary. Leveraging its expertise in advanced DX initiatives and user experience design, Plus W has contributed to creating a platform that enables employees to effectively access and apply accumulated training and knowledge at the right time.
