While Pakistan is gaining attention for its abundant engineering talent, cultural, linguistic, and business practice differences pose challenges for both Japanese and Pakistani companies. To address this, Kango Hayashi, the head of Pakistan Japan Centre for Mutual Cooperation (PJC) will return to Japan to act as a support partner during the event. His role includes assisting Japanese companies interested in Pakistani businesses, providing project management support, and facilitating talent matching for bridge SE roles. Although the event is led by PSEB (https://techdestination.com/), Plus W aims to facilitate smoother business connections through its unique expertise in talent management. A JICA-hosted Pakistan ICT seminar is also scheduled during the exhibition.
