Addressing Japan’s IT Talent Shortage: Plus W Inc. Partners with the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan to Support the Recruitment of Highly Skilled IT Talent
Aiming to Introduce and Dispatch 1,000 Pakistani IT Professionals to Japanese Companies by 2023
Plus W Inc.（Shibuya, Tokyo, President:Wakako Sakurai）, a company specializing in global talent recruitment, dispatch, and support for domestic side-job professionals, has officially launched a project to introduce and dispatch highly skilled IT professionals from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “Pakistan”) to companies in Japan.
Through collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan, Plus W aims to address the domestic shortage of IT talent by facilitating the recruitment of outstanding Pakistani IT professionals into the Japanese workforce.
